摘　　要：未来信息服务业的发展方向是知识管理和知识服务,知识将成为信息机构的核心竞争力所在。本文提出将知识地图应用于信息机构,用来促进机构内隐性知识共享;分析了静态知识地图用以显性化和传承专家知识,动态知识地图用以及时共享知识和基础积累;探讨了用于信息机构隐性知识共享的知识地图原型构建和激励环境构建。The development direction of information service industry in future is knowledge management and knowledge service. Knowledge will become the core competence of the information institution. This paper proposes to apply knowledge map in information institutions to promote tacit knowledge sharing within them. The paper analyzes the static knowledge map to make it explicit and to pass on expert knowledge, and the dynamic knowledge map to realize real-time sharing of knowledge and to accumulate basic knowledge. Finally, the paper discusses how to construet the prototype of knowledge map and how to construct the inspiring environment for tacit knowledge sharing in information institutions.
