摘  要:目的:对北京早园竹中的活性成分进行提取、分离和鉴定。方法:用80%乙醇-水溶液超声辅助提取法提取早园竹叶活性物质,并用SP825大孔树脂对提取物进行分离。采用不同浓度的乙醇水溶液洗脱得到不同的洗脱成分,用高效液相法对总提取物和不同洗脱成分进行检测。结果:在总提取物中检测到C-黄酮苷类和酚酸类两类生物活性的物质,含量分别为0·31%和0·84%;经SP825大孔树脂纯化后,在10%乙醇洗脱成分酚酸类物质含量达到5%,在30%乙醇洗脱成分中C-黄酮苷类物质含量达到12·8%。结论:80%乙醇-水溶液超声辅助提取法能有效提取出早园竹叶活性成分,SP825大孔树脂能对提取物进行进一步的分离和纯化。Objective: To extract and identify activated substances from North Ph. praecox leaves. Methods: The activated substances of North Ph.praecox leaves were extracted by ethanol-aqueous solution with ultrasonicassisted extraction, and the extracts were further purified and isolated by SP825 resin column chromatograph. C-glycosides and phenolic acids in the extracts were analyzed qualitatively, and the contents of C-glycosides and phenolic acids in different eluent were quantified by detective high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results:C-glycosides and phenolic acids were detected in crude extracts, and the proportion of C-glycosides is 0.84%, phenolic acids is 0.31%.After purifying by SP825 resin column chromatograph,the content of C-glycosides in 30% ethanol eluent was 12.8%, one of phenolic acids in 10% ethanol eluent was 5% .Conclusion: Ethanol- aqueous solution with ultrasonic-assisted extraction can extract activated substances from North Ph. praecox leaves effectively,and SP825 resin column chromatograph can further isolate different activated substances.
