摘　　要：将高职院校学生的创新意识养成和创新能力培养贯穿于教学、科研、生产和技术服务的整个过程中,提出了教学、科研、生产和技术服务"四位一体"的人才培养模式,对高职院校学生创新能力培养进行了有益探索。This article puts the innovative sense development and innovation capacity- building of vocational college students in the whole process of teaching, scientific research, production and technical service. It proposes innovatively the quatemity personnel training pattern including the teaching, scientific research, production and technical service. This article aims at the exploration of training the innovative ability of students in vocational colleges.
