摘 要:[目的]探讨厦门市海沧区食物中毒发生的规律和分布特征,为制订有效预防控制措施提供科学依据。[方法]对海沧区20022008年食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]20022008年合计发生食物中毒36起,中毒471例,无死亡,进食人员罹患率为14.96%。其中,2002年5起、34例,2003年9起、64例,2004年3起、58例,2005年7起、54例,2006年4起、140例,2007年5起、60例,2008年3起、61例。发生在集体食堂的17起,中毒307例;细菌性食物中毒引起的15起,中毒237例;因为食品加工不当引起的20起,中毒374例。[结论]集体食堂是食物中毒的高危场所,食品加工不当是食物中毒的主要原因。[Objective]To study the regularity and the distribution of food poisoning in Haicang district,so as to provide scientific basis for making effective prevention and control measures.[Methods]Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data of food poisoning in Haicang district.[Results]A total of 36 events occurred,471 people were poisoned and no one died from 2002 to 2008.The attack rate was 14.96%.5 events occurred with 34 cases in 2002,9 events occurred with 64 cases in 2003,3 events occurred with 58 cases in 2004,7 events occurred with 54 cases in 2005,4 events occurred with 140 cases in 2006,5 events occurred with 60 cases in 2007 and 3 events occurred with 61 cases in 2008.17 events with 307 cases occurred in collective canteens.15 events of bacterial food poisoning occurred and 237 people were poisoned.20 events with 374 cases were been caused by inappropriate food processing.[Conclusion]Collective canteens are high-risk place for food poisoning.The main poisoning way is inappropriate food processing.
