摘　　要：根据新建本科院校师范专业的特点,更新办学理念,优化人才培养方案,搭建校内外师范技能素质培养平台,打破传统的教与学的组合形式与相对封闭的教学过程,探索师范教育专业开放式教学。According to the features of normal majors in newly built colleges, we must renew the college running idea, make the talents cultivation project excellent, build a platform for the normal skill and ability quality cultivation inside and outside the college, and break through the traditional teaching and learning formation and relatively close teaching progress, and explore the open-style education of normal majors.
