摘　　要："呼吸是歌唱的基础,气息是歌唱的动力。"对呼吸方法的正确领悟是歌唱者重要的基本功,呼吸方法掌握得好坏,直接影响歌唱发声质量。在整个歌唱训练中,歌唱器官的发声基本训练也很重要,如喉头的稳定就离不开呼吸的支撑力,想得到丰富而又美的共鸣,更离不开深呼吸的支撑,只有恰当用好呼吸,自如地使用呼吸,声音才能松驰、表情才能自如,才能随心所欲地表达歌曲的思想感情。The proper breathing is not only the base of singing but also provides singing with power. Knowing how to breath properly is the most important thing to a singer. On one hand, a good or bad way of breathing will influence the quality of singing voice directly. On the other hand, the professional training to the v^al organ is also necessary. For instance, the Stability of the larynx needs the support of our breathing and the abundance and nice resonance can never work without the support of deep breathing. In a word, we have to try to relax ourselves and learn to breath properly while we are singing so that we can express our feelings by singing easily and freely.
