摘　　要：介绍了西安交通大学管理实验教学示范中心在建设目标、实验教学体系、实验教学环境、实验教学队伍等方面的建设与实践，简述所取得的成果和产品的辐射作用，以期为高校管理类人才培养作参考。With the purpose of providing guidelines for cultivating students through the experiment teaching, this pa per summarizes the practice for the construction of the Demonstration Center for Management Experiment Teaching at Xi＇an Jiaotong University. The discussion includes the goals, the experiment teaching system, the experiment teaching environment and the related experiment teaching team. Finally the expanded effects are discussed .
