摘　　要：在示范校建设中，设备部门应在建设项目的实施过程中做到“三化”，其工作人员自身要逐步实现“四转型”，用“五建立”夯实其基础平台也势在必行，如此才能充分体现设备部门在示范校建设中的角色地位，以发挥更大的促建力和保障力。In the process to make a national model vocational college,the equipment administration department can play an important role which is systematic, specialized and efficient. The staff in the department should have ＂four transformations＂ and ＂five establishments＂ to form a solid foundation step by step. In this way it can demonstrate its essential functions to accelerate and guarantee the best effects.
