摘　　要：程序设计是计算机专业非常重要的课程。针对当前Java程序设计教学方法中存在的问题,文章从教学组织形式、课程评价方式、学生个体差异以及教学资源等多个方面进行探讨。为了解决这些问题,文章以学习者为中心的教学理念为指导,从实践的角度提出了多项教学方法改进措施,提高了Java程序设计的教学效果,增强了学生的动手能力和就业竞争力。Programming is a very important course of computer science. This paper discusses the problems which exist in the teaching method of Java programming, such as teaching organization, course evaluation, individual differences of students, and teaching resources. To solve these problems, this paper, guided by learner-centered teaching philosophy, proposes the corresponding practical improvement measures in teaching method, which enhances the effect of teaching of Java programming, and increases the students＇ ability of programming, and competitive power.
