教师向以学习者为中心教学模式转变的策略研究——以广州电大供应链管理课程为例

摘　　要：如何向以学习者为中心的教学模式转变,这是开放教育指导教师面临的一大挑战。本文在对国内外研究现状进行评述的基础上,对广州电大管理学院供应链管理课程的教学现状做了分析,并总结了该课程尝试开展以学习者为中心的教学实践的经验与教训。文章指出,开放教育指导教师需要针对开放教育学习者的需求特点,坚持不懈地提高自身素质、调整能力结构以适应"以学习者为中心"的教学模式的要求,并积极培养学生主动学习的态度和习惯,教学相长,才有可能实现向以学习者为中心的教学模式的转变。In order to realize the transitioning from the traditional teaching mode,a big challenge which open education institutes confront is how to shift their mindset to the learner-centered teaching mode.Based on the literature review,this paper takes the course Supply Chain Management for an example and analyzes the current situation.It also summarizes the experience and lessons from the practice of putting the learner-centered mode into the course Supply Chain Management.The study finds that: In order to transit to the learner-centered teaching mode,the instructors should overcome some obstacles that hinder the transition to the learner-centered teaching mode,improve their inner quality and capability,and motivate the learners to learn in an active way.
