摘 要:目的通过检测血浆对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)活性、丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性来评价非酒精性脂肪肝患者氧化应激和抗氧化状态。方法测定81例非酒精性脂肪肝患者与48例健康人血浆PON1、XO、MDA、SOD活性,并进行相关性分析。结果与健康组相比,非酒精性脂肪肝患者组血浆PON1及SOD活性显著降低(P<0.05),XO活性及MDA水平显著升高(P<0.01)。非酒精性脂肪肝患者血浆PON1活性与SOD呈正相关(r=0.398,P<0.05),与XO、MDA呈负相关(r=-0.478,r=-0.552,P<0.01)。结论非酒精性脂肪肝患者体内氧化应激增加,而抗氧化能力下降。氧化应激和氧化与抗氧化的失衡可能导致肝细胞的损伤。Ojbective To evaluated the oxidative stress and enzymatic antioxidant status in patients with hepatosteatosis in terms of plasma paraoxonasel ( PON1 ) , xanthin oxidase ( XO ) , malondialdehyde ( MDA ) level and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Methods A total of 81 hepatosteatosis and 48 normal controls were subjected in this study. The plasma activities of PON1 ,XO,SOD and MDA level were determined. The correlation analysis were completed. Results Compared with normal control,the activities of plasma PON1 ,SOD were decreased (P〈0.05)and those of XO, MDA were increased( P〈0.01 )in hepatosteatosis groups. The analysis of linear correlation showed PON1 was positively correlated with SOD (r=0. 398 ,P〈0.05 ), and negatively correlated with XO( r= -0.478 ,P〈0.01 ) ,MDA( r= -0.552 ,P〈0.01 ) in hepatosteatosis. Conclusion There was an increased oxidative stress and a low antioxidant status in patients with hepatosteatosis. Oxidative stress and oxidant-antioxidant imbalance may lead to liver cell injury.
