摘　　要：从学校、学生、教育管理部门三个方面,分析高校毕业生就业难的原因,同时对就业工作中存在的问题,提出整改意见。From the view of college authority,students and functional department concerned, the paper analyzes the reasons that nowadays graduates have felt difficult in job-hunting. Ideas are given on how to better current graduates employment.
