甘肃高校青年体育教师职业道德失范的研究及对策

摘　　要：运用文献资料、调查、访谈等方法,对甘肃部分普通高校的青年体育教师的师德进行调查研究.结果表明:甘肃高校青年体育教师师德的主流较好,但是少部分青年体育教师师德存在一些问题.诸如育人意识淡化,集体主义观念淡薄等.改善甘肃青年体育教师职业道德状况须充分认识高校青年体育教师师德的重要性和迫切性,引导青年体育教师要不断提高和完善自身修养,并逐步完善考核评价与激励机制.This paper made investigation and study on the yong PE teachers＇ ethics of the teaching profession in some colleges and universities of Gansu province by the methods of documentary review,questionnaire, interview and so on. The results showed that their mainstream morality is better, but a small portion of them had some problems in ethics of the teaching profession. For example, their consciousness of cultivation talent was being desalted, their idea of collectivism became indifferent. It suggested that people should fully realize the importance and urgency of improving their ethics of the teaching profession, lead them to improve and perfect one＇s own training constantly, perfect the systerm of evaluation and incentive mechanism progressively.
