摘　　要：本文在对政府资助学校的方式进行分类和简析的基础上,结合对宁波市民办教育的调研分析了现行政府资助民办学校的实际情况及存在的问题,提出现阶段政府对民办教育的资助要以间接资助为主、直接资助为辅,加强教师资助和竞争性资助,并优化组合多种资助方式,通过监管和绩效评定对资助方式进行动态调整,以提高资助的实际效果。This thesis makes real analysis of funding ways on non-governmental education in Ningbo and provides recommendations to improve the finance assistance： how you extend financial help to non-governmental education depends on the mainstream Values, helping aids and mutual wishes; selects rationally major aiding way, which is to place indirect aid first, direct aid second, to strengthen help to teachers and competitive subsidize; optimizes varies aiding ways; regulates dynamically funding ways by supervision and performance appraisal systems.
