摘　　要：由于受传统教育产权模式的影响,我国的高等教育体制缺乏运行的自主性和灵活性,从而在某种程度上制约了我国教育改革的进程以至阻碍经济的发展,经济上的落后致使对教育的投入不足而延缓了我国教育的发展进程。因此,教育产权改革势在必行。Due to the impact of the property fight mode of traditional education, China＇s higher educational system lacks independence and flexibility, which to some extent has hindered the process of China＇s educational reform and even obstructed the development of our economy. On the other hand, economic backwardness has resulted in the low input and investment in the education sector, which would in turn slow down the development of our national education. Therefore, it＇s imperative and urgent to reform China＇s educational property right so as to cope with these challenges.
