摘　　要：改革开放30年来,我国高等教育经历了恢复高考、高校的扩招与教学评估三次历史性变革。这三次历史性变革为更多的工农子弟获得了接受高等教育的权利,实现了高等教育的大众化,提升了本科的教学水平和人才培养质量,这是实现高等教育公平的三次历史性跃升,具有不可估量的意义。Over the past three decades,China＇s higher education has experienced three historic developments： the restoration of the college entrance examination system,enlarged university enrollments,and evaluation of collage teaching.These have provided children of ordinary citizens with equal opportunities of higher education,promoted the popularization of higher education,and raised the quality of college teaching and training.The three historic educational developments have far-reaching significance.
