摘　　要：文章阐述和谐的成人高等教育理念导向体系在社会层面、教育体系层面和社会个体层面所体现的价值意义的基础上,进一步对构建与经济、政治、科技、文化相适应的,与普通高等教育、高等职业技术教育、继续教育相渗透的,与人的知识、能力和素质的提高相联系的成人高等教育理念导向体系进行探索。The text researches the basis of value significance about building harmonious adult higher education guiding system in the face of society, education system and Society individual. Then we structure the guiding system of adult higher education and economy , politics , science and technology , structure the guiding system of adult higher education and regular higher education , advanced vocational and technical education , structure the guiding system of adult higher education and people＇s knowledge , ability and quality cling to idea.
