摘　　要：将零件总加工流程时间作为优化目标,用CDS启发式算法对零件作业排序化化,输出甘特图(横道图),达到家具生产中的组间作业的优化排序。优化的作业排序可以缩短零件的流程时间,提高工效和设备利用率。With the minimization of flow time as an optimization objective, by using CDS heuristic algorithm optimization methods and the results by Gantt chart, the panel furniture production was optimized. The optimized sorting can greatly cut process time of parts production, and improve production efficiency and equipment utilization.
