摘 要:军用装备维修调度计划是一个多任务、多约束、有重入的多机并行调度问题,难于解析建模。用时间Petri网对这类问题进行建模,提出采用离散事件仿真技术与基于双重编码的仿生算法相结合的方法进行仿真求解,生成了优化的维修保障方案。研究表明,仅采用人力资源约束条件,与已配发全军的某类装备的维修保养工艺流程比较,保障效率提高1倍以上;采用多约束条件,优化结果会更加符合部队的实际情况。The scheduling plan of military equipment maintenance is a kind of muhitask, multi - constraint, e - entry and multi - machine parallel scheduling problem. It is difficult to build its mathematic model. In this paper, a model is built for this problem by using time Petri - net at the first, and then an optimal scheduling method is proposed by combining an ge- netic algorithm based on dual coding with discrete event simulation technique to resolve the models. As the result, an optimized scheme is produced. By comparing with the maintenance craftwork flow of one kind of equipment, which has been outfitted among the army, the efficiency of the application result is improved above one time if the simulation procedure involves the constraint of personnel resource only. As if we take multi - constraints into account, the result will accord with the fact of the army better.
