浒苔深加工产品的润肠通便和调节血脂作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究浒苔加工产品的润肠通便和调节血脂功能,为开发利用浒苔提供依据。方法浒苔纯粉(EP)、浒苔膳食纤维(EPDF)和浒苔绿藻精(CGF)分别对清洁级雄性ICR小鼠进行营养干预,以复方地芬诺酯建立便秘模型,测定黑便排出情况和墨汁推进率;在建立清洁级SD大鼠高血脂模型的基础上,以CGF和EPDF分别进行干预,测定血脂水平。结果各剂量EP,中、高剂量EPDF和高剂量CGF可缩短首粒黑便排出时间(P<0.05或P<0.01,下同);中、高剂量和各剂量EPDF可增加6h黑便粒数;各剂量EP和EPDF,低、高剂量CGF可增加6h黑便质量;中、高剂量EP、EPDF和高剂量CGF提高小肠墨汁推进率。中、高剂量CGF、EPDF可降低TC;各剂量CGF和中、高剂量EPDF可降低TG;高剂量CGF可升高HDL-C;各剂量CGF和中、高剂量EPDF可降低LDL-C及AI值。结论浒苔加工产品具有良好的润肠通便和调节血脂作用。Objective To study the effect of the products of entermorpha （EP）, chlorella growth factor （CGF） and entermorpha dietary fiber （EPDF） on defecation and blood lipid regulation. Method Based on the composition of EP products, the male ICR mice were intervened with EP, EPDF and CGF with three doses. Using the constipation model induced by compound diphenoxylate, the effect of EP products on enterocinesia function of mice was determined by measuring defecation and the percentage of ink-pushing in small intestine. High-lipid rat model was established by feading high fat diet and the intervention effect with three doses of EPDF and CGF for 6 w was observed. Results As compared to the model group,all doses of EP,both middle and high doses of EPDF,and high dose of CGF could shorten the time of first defecation and increase the percentage of ink-pushing in small intestine of costive mice （P〈0.05, the same in the following）; Both middle and high doses of EP and all doses of EPDF could increase the number of feces of costive mice within 6 h. All doses of EP and EPDF and high dose of CGF could increase the weight of feces of costive mice within 6 h. Both middle and high doses of CGF and EPDF could decrease serum TC of the model group. All doses of CGF and both middle and high doses of EPDF could decrease serum TG. High dose of CGF could increase HDL-C. All doses of CGF and both middle and high doses of EPDF could decrease LDL-C and atherogenic index. Conclusion EP products were effective in improving enterocinesia function, loosening bowel to relieve constipation and lower blood lipid.
