摘　　要：文章运用社会网络分析方法的整体网络研究方法,以博联社的虚拟教师社群为例,从虚拟社群社会网络的形式化表达、博客的点度与虚拟社群的密度、中心性分析、多维量表(MDS)分析四个视角对虚拟社群的群体结构特征进行了分析,探索了不同网络位置的影响力,总结出了"权威"网络位置所具备的特征。This paper takes the virtual community of teachers in Blusher for example, and applies the integrated network research method, which belongs to the methods of social network analysis. From four perspectives--the formal representation of the social network of virtual community, the degree of blog, the density and centrality analysis of virtual community and the multi-dimensional scaling （MDS） analysis, the paper first studies the characteristics of the group structure of virtual community, then explores the influence of different network locations, and finally sums up the features of the ＂authoritative＂ network location.
