高校新生服务网的构建与应用研究——以浙江传媒学院新生服务网为例

摘　　要：构建新生服务网不仅有利于高校及时获取新生数据,也有利于新生获取自身需求的信息。文章介绍了浙江传媒学院新生服务网的基本框架和栏目设计,分析了网站的受访栏目、回头率以及新生咨询等问题,讨论了该类网站构建时应注意的若干问题,期望能为其他高校同类网站的建设提供有益的参考与借鉴。The construction of freshmen service network will not only help colleges and universities get information in time, but also help freshmen obtain information that they needs. The paper introduces the basic framework and column design of Zhejiang University of Media and Communications freshmen service network, analyzes issues such as website＇s respondents columns, repeated customers, and freshmen consulting and so on, discusses such websites should pay attention to a number of issues when builed. The paper Looks forward to provide useful reference and lessons for other colleges and universities similar sites＇ construction.
