摘　　要：针对我国医院麻醉科的建设与发展中亟待解决的问题进行了论述,指出要进一步明确医院麻醉科的组织结构,强化内涵建设,切实解决麻醉科人员编制紧缺问题,理顺麻醉科与手术室的关系,尽快建立麻醉后监护室,加强麻醉前评估与准备,稳步推进麻醉科门诊的建设。强调学科人才梯队的建设是麻醉学科发展的关键。Problems in construction and development anesthesiology in hospital in China were discussed. Optimizing organization structure, developing inherent culture, increasing regular registered professionals, smoothing the relationship of anesthesiology department and operation room, establishing post anesthesia ICU, emphasizing pre-anesthesia evaluation and preparation and improving anesthesiology clinic building were effective ways to improve anesthesiology development. Discipline construction and professional staff training was the key point for anesthesiology development.
