摘　　要：关于发展性教师评价指标体系的构建，学者持不同观点。从我国目前教师评价现状出发，利用自适应理念提出发展性教师自适应评价．据此设计一个基于web的发展性教师自适应评价指标系统结构，并从智能化、个性化、人本化、多元化出发对自适应评价指标进行分析，构建基于web的发展性教师自适应评价算法模型，可以为进一步的实践起引导作用。Based on China＇s current status of teacher evaluation and the self-adaptive idea, the paper proposes that a system of the self-adaptive assessment for the developing teachers should be designed and an analysis of adaptive evaluation index be made from the aspects of intelligentization, individuation, people-orientation and diversity on WEB. Constructing an algorithm model of the self-adaptive evaluation for the developmental teachers will take the lead to further practice.
