鄂尔多斯市2007年碘盐监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握2007年鄂尔多斯市生产批发企业和居民层次碘盐合格及食用情况。方法每个县按东南西北中随机抽取9乡,每个乡抽取4个村,2个村在乡附近,2个乡在"问题地区"或离乡政府5公里外的村,每个村随机抽取8份居民户盐样。碘盐检测采用GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法。结果2007年碘盐生产(加工、批发)层次碘盐批质量合格率100.0%。居民碘盐质量:居民碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均在90.0%以上,非碘盐率2.02%。结论全市碘盐质量总体良好;居民户碘盐的覆盖率、合格率、食用率均大于90%,非碘盐率仅占2.02%;加工批发企业碘盐的批质量合格率很高,碘盐中碘的均匀度也很好。Objective To understand the situation of the quality and consumption of the iodized salt in 2007,including the enterprises and the households in Ordos City Methods 9 countries were randomly selected from east,south,west,north and middle counties.4 villages were selected in each country,and two villages were near to the country and the other two were in the ＂problem areas＂ or 5 kilometers away from the country government.8 households iodized salt were randomly selected to measure with direct titration of GB/T13025.7-1999.Results The rate of the qualified iodized salt in production（processing and wholesale）was 100.0% in 2007.The quality of household iodized salt was as the following：the iodized salt coverage rate,the rate of qualified iodized salt and the consumption rate of the qualified iodized salt were all over 90.0%,and the non-iodized rate was 2.02%.Conclusion The quality of the iodized salt in Ordos City was generally good.The iodized salt coverage rate,the rate of qualified iodized salt and the consumption rate of the household qualified iodized salt were all over 90.0%,and the non-iodized rate was 2.02%.The quality rate of the lot quality of processing and wholesale enterprises was very well and the uniformity of the iodine in the iodized salt was also well.
