摘　　要：高职院校体育教育现代化的内涵包括:指导思想现代化、教育内容现代化、教育手段现代化、师资现代化。高职体育教育可通过构建"岗位主导"的体育教学模式实现其现代化。The connotation of modem physical education in higher vocational college includes： the guiding ideology modernization, education contents modernization, educational technique modernization, and teachers modernization. Modem phusical education in higher vocational coUege can accomplish physical teaching pattern modernization through constructing ＂position lead＂.
