摘 要:在社会转型期间,大学生道德人格虽继承了优良传统,但仍存在道德认知与道德行为偏差、过分强调权利缺乏责任意识、崇尚物质享受忽视传统美德、个人意识强烈独立能力欠缺、功利主义盛行奉献精神不足等问题。这种道德状况既有其内在原因也有其外在原因,应从加强主观能动性和优化外在环境两个方面,培养大学生良好的道德人格。In the period of social transformation, students" moral personality inherited the fine traditions, but there are still moral awareness and moral bias, too much emphasis on the rights and lack the sense of responsibility, respect for material enjoyment and ignore the traditional virtues, have a strong personal sense but lack the independence, utilitarianism is prevalence and dedication is shortage. This moral status are caused by both intrinsic reasons and extrinsic reasons. To develop the students good moral personality, we should strengthen the subjective initiative and optimize the external environment.
