摘　　要：在高等教学中，计算机机房是培养学生动手能力、对计算机知识进行应用以及学生自主学习的重要场所，为了提高计算机机房的运行能力和高效管理能力，需要对机房的网络系统进行有效管理。针对目前高校学生机房网络管理中存在的问题，设计了“学生机房网络管理系统”，并采用Delphi开发工具对系统进行了开发，运行结果表明该系统具有配置灵活、维护更新方便、操作简便的特点。并具有适时开放、切断学生机房与互联网络连接的功能。In the higher teaching, the computer engine room is raises the student beginning ability, to carry on the important place which to the computer knowledge the application as well as the student study independently, to enhance the computer engine room running ability and the highly effective managed capacity, needs to carry on the effective management to the engine room network system. Question which exists in view of present university student engine room network management, has designed ＂the student engine room network management system＂, and used the Delphi development kit to carry on the development to the system, the movement result had indicated that this system had the disposition to be nimble, the maintenance renewed conveniently, the operation simple characteristic, and had at the right moment opens, shuts off the student engine room and the Internet connection function.
