摘　　要：由于受到特定政策环境的影响,我国施行的是国家学位制度,学位授权政策具有高度集权的特点。这种制度安排存在自身无法克服的弊端,业已成为影响我国学位教育工作进一步发展的阻碍。我国学位授权政策有必要进行改革,施行学校学位制度。the national diploma system is working in China, highly centralized as its character due to specific policies. This diploma system has disadvantages that cannot be solved itself, and it has baffled the further development of degree education in China. Policy of degree authorization has to be improved, and the School diploma system should be performed.
