摘　　要：对双证书制度在高职楼宇智能化专业人才培养中的实施进行了研究、探索与实践。分析了楼宇智能化专业教育中存在的普遍问题和我校楼宇智能化专业教学改革的现状。通过毕业生跟踪和职业岗位调研,进一步细化了人才培养目标。最终,基于双证融通的思想,构建了课程内容与职业证书相结合、课程体系与职业证书体系一体化的人才培养方案。2008年12月在省内首次按照国家职业标准进行了智能楼宇管理师鉴定,一次通过率达到89.7%。The paper is to research, explore and practice double-certificate system applied in the talents training program of intelligent building major in higher vocational education and to analyze general problems existing in the professional education and the status quo of teaching reform of the major of intelligent building. The talents training target has been further elaborated through a track of graduates and a survey on occupational position. And the intelligent building major talents training program on the ＂double-certificate system＂ has been constructed on the basis of the combination of courses content and professional certificate and of courses system and certificate system. Intelligent Building Manager was evaluated and identified according to national occupational standards for the first time with a pass rate up to 89.7% in our province in December 2008.
