摘  要:针对固体火箭发动机地面试验,基于柔性试验架建立试验设备,应用虚拟仪器技术搭建通用测量硬件平台,使用LabVIEW 7.1开发了一套包含参数控制、参数标定、数据测量、数据处理在内的发动机地面试验通用测量软件,从而建立了发动机测量系统。该测量系统可同步监测整个固体火箭发动机工作过程,能够满足发动机地面试车性能检测高精度要求,具有快速反映整个试车过程的能力和节省数据处理时间等优点。Aiming at the solid rocket motor ground test, a test equipment was set up based on the flexible test stand, a common measurement platform was built through virtual instrument technology, and the motor ground test universal software including parameter calibration, data acquisition and data processing was developed based on the LabVIEW7.1, which makes up a measurement system. The applications show that the test system can monitor the testing process of the solid rocket motor simultaneously, meet the requirements of motor performance ground test in high-precision. It has the capacity of reflecting the test process rapidly and the merit of saving data processing time.
