新农村教育系统中信息技术应用的有效性研究——以浙江省建德市和松阳县为例

摘  要:信息技术在新农村教育服务系统中已不可或缺,对该类系统进行有效性的研究对前期的投入和后期的再投入及改进都至关重要。在分析新农村教育系统现代教育技术使用、教育信息化、中小学远程教育应用情况的基础上,总结出资金投入少、师资力量相对不足、观念相对落后及信息技术应用逐渐低龄化而深化部分未能跟上等问题,并提出加大教育资金投入、完善教育信息化设备,分层次开展教师培训工作、提高教师信息技术运用能力,加强学科教学和信息技术的整合,转变思想观念、形成良好的学习及应用教育信息技术的氛围的建议。Information technology has been indispensable in rural educational service system. Effectiveness research is essential to the pre-investment and post-reinvestment and improvement of the system. After analyzing the use of modern educational technology in schools, education information, and application of distance education in primary and secondary schools, we present some questions such as less capital investment, a relative shortage of teachers, relatively backward concept of information technology. According to the survey data analysis of information technology application of two representative rural areas in Zhejiang Province, we propose to increase education funding and improve information technology equipment in education, to carry out teacher training at different levels to improve teachers ability to use information technology, to strengthen integration of teaching and information technology, to change ideas, concepts, and to form good learning atmosphere for information technology application.
