地方高校教师国际交流的现状及应对措施——以浙江海洋学院为例

摘　　要：地方高校面对高等教育国际化形势应积极应对,要增强自身的国际交流能力。通过分析浙江海洋学院教师的国际交流现状,认为地方高校必须在更新观念,出台政策,搭建平台,加强引智等方面,采取一系列的措施,才能加速国际化进程,顺应高等教育国际化的大趋势。Facing the internationalization in higher education, teachers in local colleges should strengthen their skills in international exchange. A case study of teachers＇ international exchange in Zhejiang Ocean University is presented. In order to speed up the progress of internationalization, local colleges need to take measures, such as renewing ideas, developing new policies, setting up exchange platforms and importing foreign talents and technology.
