摘 要:实践与实践美学到底是"新"是"后"不应该成为争论的焦点,当代社会实践中精神的缺乏应该是亟待解决的问题,因此有必要对实践进行精神现象学解读。精神的本质是实体的自由,是实践中的人向实体的皈依与同一。实践决定和推动着精神由伦理阶段到教化阶段到道德阶段的发展。人的实践有没有精神取决于实践有没有实体的皈依。用实践的精神现象学原理对实践和实践美学中的善("目的")、自由、主体性进行反思,很容易看出当代实践和实践美学存在的诸多问题,同时也为实践和实践美学提供了一个可能的突破口。The lack of spirit in the contemporary social practice is the fatal problem that needs to be dealt with immediately in the debate between practice and practice aesthetics.Hence,it is necessary to interpret the practice from the perspective of the phenomenology of spirit.The essence of spirit is the freedom of entity,and it is the conversion and identity from the human beings to entity in the course of practice.The practice decides and propels the evolution of the spirit from the ethical stage through the educational stage to the moral stage.Whether the human practice has spirit or not is decided by whether the practice has the conversion of entity.To reflect on the good('purpose'),freedom and subjectivity in the category of practice and the practice aesthetics by means of the principles of the phenomenology of spirit will make more obvious the variety of problems in the contemporary practice and the practice aesthetics,and offers a prospective outlet for breakthrough for the practice and the practice aesthetics.
