运用系统论思想指导中国空间规划体系的构建

摘　　要：研究目的:从系统论的角度分析中国的空间规划体系和改革方向。研究方法:系统论研究方法,文献资料研究,理论研究与对比分析。研究结果:在借鉴空间规划相关研究基础上,运用系统论的原理深入分析了中国空间规划体系现存的问题和问题产生的原因,并提出了构建合理有效的空间规划体系的原则和方向,最后探讨和设计了中国空间规划体系整合后的总体框架。研究结论:运用系统论思想可以科学构建中国空间规划体系。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the spatial planning system and its reform direction in China from the viewpoint of system theory. Methods of literature reviewing, theoretical study and comparative analysis were employed. The results include： （1）existing problems and the causes in spatial planning system of China have been analyzed by using the system theory based on the relevant spatial planning studies; （2）principles and direction of establishing the feasible and effective spatial planning system have been brought forward; （3）the integrated general stnucture of syatial planning system has been discussed and designed. The paper concluded that the Chinese spatial planning system can be scientifically constructed based on the system theory.
