摘 要:目的探讨综合性设计性实验在急救护理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法将护理本科2004级70名学生设为对照组,2005级70名学生设为实验组,对照组在急救护理学实验课中采用传统教学方法;实验组引入综合设计性实验进行教学,包括建立典型急救病例库、备齐教学设备以及实施教学等步骤。结果实验组学生对新教学方法的评价良好;两组学生理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论将综合设计性实验引入急救护理学实验课,提高了学生的实践和创新能力,提高了教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive and design-oriented experiment on emergency nursing. Methods Seventy students of grade 2004 were assigned to control group and traditional teaching methods were adopted, while their counterparts, 70 students of grade 2005, were served as experimental group, and comprehensive and design-oriented experiment was conducted, including such measures as establishing typical emergency case resources, preparedness of teaching equipments and implementing teaching procedures, etc. Results Students in the experimental group positively appraised the new teaching method, the scores of theory test and skills test showed significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Application of comprehensive and design-oriented experiment in emergency nursing course can improve the practical and innovation abilities of students.
