摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法对西安工业大学社会体育专业毕业学生的就业情况进行研究分析，找出存在问题，并在学校与社会的动态发展过程中寻找对策，使社会体育专业结合我校办学特色，适合我国社会转型阶段社会需要，逐渐提高我校社会体育专业的市场竞争力。An investigation is made through qnestionrairs and interviews of the employment of Social Sports graduates in Xi＇an Technological University in order to find the problems and their counter-measures. The results suggest that the major should integrate with the characteristics of the University and meet the needs of China＇s social transition to improve its own market competitiveness.
