中国淡水鱼油的研究——Ⅴ 淡水鱼油乳剂中胆固醇含量的测定

摘　　要：用气相色谱法测定自制淡水鱼油乳剂中胆固醇的含量为0.30g/L,大大低于其它海鱼油制品中的含量。测定的标准曲线回归方程为Y=1.855x-6.3467;相关系数γ=0.9990,回收率为84.0％～97.0％,CV=7.1％。In this study,cholesterol content of fresh water fish oil emulsion was determined by gas chromatography. It was 30g/L and was lower than that in other marine fish oil preparations. The regression equation of standard curve was Y=1. 855x-6. 3467 ,and correlation coefficient was 0. 9990. The recovery rate ranged from 84.0% to 97. 0% ,and CV = 7.1%.
