摘 要:桃胶的主要成分为多糖,目前研究表明多糖具有广泛的生物学活性,其中免疫调节和降血糖都是较为重要的作用。通过小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶(70mg/kg)诱导糖尿病模型小鼠,随机分为模型对照组、阳性药物对照组(二甲双胍200mg/kg)、桃胶粗多糖低(400mg/kg)、高剂量组(800mg/kg)及空白对照组。灌胃(ig)给药15d,于给药后第5、15d测量血糖,并于实验末检测肠蠕动功能以及胸腺、脾脏指数。实验证明桃胶多糖具有降血糖作用,且呈现一定的量效关系,并能提高胸腺、脾脏指数和促进肠蠕动功能,从而得出桃胶多糖对糖尿病小鼠有免疫调节和降血糖的作用。Peach resin mainly contains polysaccharides, and it's reported that polysaccharides with a wide range of biological activity can improve immunity and decrease blood-glucose. In the experiment, alloxan(70 mg/kg) was injected intravenously into the mice to induce diabetic model and the models were divided into different groups, the model group, the positive group(metformin hydrochloride 200 mg/kg), the peach resin groups (400, 800 mg/kg), and the normal saline group. The blood-glucose was detected after mice were treated with drugs in 5 d and 15 d. At the end, the pushing rate of small intestine, the indices of thymus and spleen of diabetic mice were also detected. Results are that the peach resin could decrease the blood-glucose of diabetic mice, and increase the indices of thymus and spleen, together with improving the pushing rate of small intestine conclusion: the peach resin had significant effects of lowering blood-glucose action and improving the immunity in diabetic mice and was probably worthy to be developed into heath-foods.
