摘 要:通过L9(34)正交实验优化金樱子棕色素的浸提工艺,并采用超滤膜和大孔吸附树脂进行分离和精制。研究结果表明,最佳浸提工艺为:浸提温度70℃,乙醇浓度60%,提取时间2h,料液比1∶6。AB-8为色素分离纯化的最佳吸附树脂,最佳吸附条件为:pH4.0,吸附流速2.5mL/min,吸附时间2h;最优洗脱条件为:70%乙醇、洗脱流速1.5mL/min,洗脱时间10~20min。经超滤和大孔吸附树脂吸附后,色素色价比未精制的高6.3倍。The extraction technology of pigment from Rosa laevigata Michx was optimized by L9 (34)orthogonal test,and the use of ultrafiltration membranes and macroporous resin for separation and purification.The results showed that the optimal technological conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 70℃, at the condition of 60% ethanol solution as solvent, extraction time was 2h, the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:6.AB-8 for the pigment separation and purification was the best adsorption resin.The optimum conditions of adsorption were:pH 4.0,2h and adsorption rate was 2.SmL/min; the optimum conditions of desorption were: concentration of material liquid 70%,lO-20min and adsorption rate was 1.5mL/min.The refined pigment' s color number enhanced nearly 6.3 times.
