摘　　要：知识共享是知识管理的核心环节,当前的研究多局限于简单的因果关系分析,缺乏系统的思维。基于复杂适应系统理论,从系统的视角对知识共享的主体、过程与行为进行描述,形成分析知识共享的系统分析框架,据此提出了管理启示可为各类组织的知识共享提供参考。Knowledge Sharing is the core element of knowledge management. However, most of the present researches were limited within simple linear consequence analysis, which is in lack of systematic thoughts. Based on the complex adaptive system theory, the paper describes the agent,process and behavior from systematic view, and forms a basic analysis framework of knowledge sharing.Further more, the paper argues some implications for managers to promote a healthier knowledge sharing.
