摘 要:在月壤-车轮土槽测试系统上对月球车驱动轮在不同介质条件下的牵引性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:当滑转率在0~80%时,挂钩牵引力和效率系数呈现增加趋势,压实2次和4次的模拟月壤分别比自然状态时最大挂钩牵引力提高了38.9%和66.7%,最大效率系数提高了69.9%和171.6%。水泥路面的牵引性能要高于模拟月壤上的牵引性能,且当滑转率为20%时,驱动轮在水泥路面上的挂钩牵引力为其在模拟月壤上的8.2倍。驱动轮在模拟月壤和石英砂上的牵引性能相似,前者略好于后者,当滑转率为10%时,挂钩牵引力分别为36.8N和33.1N。Experiments on the traction ability of lunar rover's driving wheel on different soils were carried out in an indoor soil trough test system. Results show that, when the wheel slip ratio is in the range of 0 to 80%, both Drag-bar Pull (DP) and Traction Efficiency (TE) increase with the number of simulant regolith press. When the simulant regolith is pressed two times, the DP and TE increase 38.9% and 69.9% respectively. When the soil is press four times, the DP and TE increase 66.7% and 171.6% respectively. The traction ability on cement road is better than on the simulant regolith; when the slip ratio is 20%, the DP on cement road is 8.2 times of that on simulant regolith. The traction ability of the driving wheel on simulant regolith is similar to but slightly better than that on quartz sand; when the slip ratio is 10%, the DPs on simulant regolith and on quartz sand are 36.8 N and 33.1 N respectively.
