陕西渭北旱塬地区县域经济发展与生态建设互动研究

摘　　要：渭北旱塬地区是陕西省重要的农业基地和果业基地,同时,也是生态环境脆弱敏感的一个地区。根据渭北旱塬地区14县3区经济发展的18项指标综合考察了本区各县市的经济发展情况,得出咸阳市的三原县在本区的经济综合发展指数最高为69.35%,长武县的经济综合发展指数最低为35.52%,并在此基础上分析了本地区经济发展和生态建设中存在的主要问题,提出获得本区经济和生态互动发展的相关措施,以促进渭北旱塬地区社会、经济、生态的可持续发展。Weibei arid plateau in Shaanxi Province is the important agricultural base, where the ecological environment is fragile and sensitive. Based on the the 18 indicators of fourteen countries and three district economic development, the economic development situations in this region were analyzed. Results showed the economic development index of Xianyang Sanyuan Country was up to 69.35%, and the economic development index of Changwu was for a minimum by 35.52%. The economic development and ecological interactions of a win - win - effective measures were put forward, in order to promote the social, economic, ecological sustainable development in Weibei arid plateau.
