摘 要:针对多圈高簇绒地毯图案空间感强、结构复杂的特点,采用三维仿真编程实现对地毯三维结构和外观的模拟.在三维仿真的初级阶段,在3DS Max中采用NURBS曲线构建绒圈的三维模型,并分析对比不同绒圈截面形状和径向路径对地毯外观的影响,确定了合适的绒圈模型.分析不同工艺参数下织物的外观,并确定合适的工艺参数.调用Direct 3D三维软件包,在VC环境下实现绒圈挤压变形以及空间错位的模拟.输入组织图自动生成簇绒地毯的外观图案,并可以改变观察视角.对比仿真结果表明:绒圈的空间结构直接影响地毯的外观,而且簇绒地毯的整体结构对外观的影响更大;对比平面模拟,采用三维技术模拟地毯外观具有更大的优势.For the complex structure of the multi-pile tufting carpet and the space sense of the pattern, a software application has been developed to simulate the structure of the tufting carpet in 3D. On the first step of the three-dimensional simulation, the 3D geometrical model of loop pile has been built using NURBS curves in the environment of 3DS Max. By comparing the models with different loop pile's cross section and trajectory, an appropriate model was proposed. Process parameters also have a huge effect on the result of the simulation. Using Visual C++ and Direct 3D, the software was programmed which can automatic generate the simulation result. The simulation allows to visualize the tufting carpet in 3D from any point of view. Dislocation and deformation between loop piles have also been achieved by the software. The results indicate that the spatial structure of the loop pile has a great influence on the tufting carpets' appearance, and the structure of the tufting carpet plays a more important role. The three-dimensional simulation has a big advantage over plane simulation.
