摘 要:轴系校中状态好坏直接影响船舶推进系统的正常运行,而影响轴系校中的动态因素很多,其中轴承油膜是一项重要的影响因素.通过数值分析方法解径向轴承雷诺方程,得到索莫菲尔德数及轴心偏位角与轴承宽径比B/D及轴心偏心率ε之间的关系.利用ANSYS及MATLAB计算软件,分析了桨浸水状态对轴系各轴承负荷的影响,得到了轴承偏心率ε及偏位角β与轴转速n的关系,轴承处轴颈垂直方向及水平方向偏心随转速变化的规律,以及油膜对各轴承负荷的影响.The operations of the propulsion system are mostly affected by the condition of the shafting alignment. The bearing oil film is the one of the most important factors that affected the dynamic alignment. Numerical analysis method is applied to solve the radical beating's Reynolds equation in this paper. The relations of the Sommerfeld number and the attitude angle to the ratio of B/D and thereiative eccentricity are obtained from calculations. The shafting alignment is analyzed by ANSYS and MATLAB software. The propeller submerge conditions are taken into account. The relations of the relative eccentricity and the attitude angle to the rotational speed of journal, and the vertical and the horizontal eccentricities of journals are also calculated The affect of the bearing oil film to the bearing reaction is calculated and analyzed.
