摘　　要：固定资产是高职学院国有资产的重要组成部分,是学院发展的物资保障,也是学院管理工作的重要内容。从目前高职学院固定资产管理工作中存在的主要问题入手分析原因,提出了构建高职学院固定产管理的基本模式,并就进一步加强高职学院固定资产管理应采取的措施和对策提出建议。Fixed asset is an important part of national assets in higher vocational institutes, providing substantial support for institute development, which is also a crucial session of the institute administration. This paper starts with common problems existing in the fixed assets management of higher vocational institute, analyzing their causes and sources, in an attempt to construct an efficient management model, and further to provide some useful suggestions on how to improve and strengthen fixed assets management.
