摘　　要：教育是一个系统工程,在本科教育中建立和完善导师制度,可以填补许多教育空间。导师主要是在育人上下功夫,对学生进行个性化培养,使其学会学习。就导师作用来说,主要是对学生做好思想的引导、专业的辅导、心理的疏导和就业的指导。Education being a systematic task, construction and perfection of the tutorial system in undergraduate education can help fill up the contents tremendously. Tutors should play an important role in cultivating student in aspects of individuality and study. As for the contents tutorial jobs, the four key aspects of tutorship in students＇ ideological development, academic study, psychological state, and employment plan are of vital importance for undergraduate education.
