摘　　要：通过两个矩阵普通乘法的秩的相关等式与不等式,以及Kronecker积的秩的等式,给出了两个矩阵做左半张量积后的秩的不等式,并且对相关秩的等式与不等式进行了研究.By using correlative equalities and inequalities about ranks of matrices that two matrices act common product, and equalities about the rank of kronecker product, the ranks that two matrices act left semi - tensor product are given. Then, interrelated equalities and inequalities about the rank of matrices are researched.
