摘　　要："五位一体"实践教学法是由案例教学法、案例分析、观摩审判、模拟审判和法律实习五种各自相对独立,又有机结合的一体化的教学方法,它适应我国法学院系的实际情况,遵循认识发展规律,是行之有效的法学实践教学法。但各种教学方法都有其不足,合理协调其内部关系至关重要。The ＂five - part - in - one＂ practice teaching is the organic combination of teaching methods which is made up of the ease method, ease studies, the trial observation, a mock trial and legal practice, they are relatively independent, but also integrated, it is adapted to China＇ s law department the actual situation, follow the laws of the thought development, is effective. However, each single method has its shortcomings, it is essential to coordinate their internal relations reasonably.
