摘　　要：温家宝总理提出"教育家办学",《中国教育事业"十一五"发展规划纲要》中强调"国家提倡教育家办学"。教育家是一个总的称谓,分为不同的领域和类型。就职业院校来说,其本质是不断提高教育质量,为社会培养更多高素质技能型人才。要做到这一点,提倡"职教专家"办学,是一个重要方面。Premier Wen Jia-bao suggests running school by the educational experts, the Outline of the eleventh Five-year Plan of National Educational Undertaking Development emphasized that ＂The government advocates running school by the educational experts＂. The educational expert is a total call which has many styles. If the vocational college want to improve the educational quality to cultivate more high qualified skilled talents, the school must be runned educational experts.
